Want to sell your accounts and receive the residual stream right up front? Here’s how it works:

18x multiple for the account (upfront)

Because there’s no way of knowing exactly what that residual will be, we have created a formula to Advance the revenue using an estimated projection. The Advanced would typically be paid by the 5th of the month for the entire previous month's production.

“Advance” @ $17.50 per merchant, per month x 18 = $315

For example: 15 apps submitted in January = 15 x $315 or $4725 (Paid Feb 5th)

After the Advance for the “designated” merchants, you will not receive monthly residual payments. However, you will receive reporting and then a “true up” payment six months later.

6 month True Up Payment (based on the average income of months 3, 4, & 5)     

For Example: All 15 accounts actively processing.
Average earned residual is $27.50 per month.
You would receive a “true up” payment of $10 per account, per month.

$10 x 18 ($180 more per account) or $2700 in additional revenue on the “designated” merchants.

This would example would provide a total payment of $495.00 per designated merchant or $7,425 for the 15 designated merchants used in this example!
