Limitations and Requirements
- To qualify for the Free Terminal Program, sales partners need to sell the merchant a $25 monthly minimum and at least a $5 statement fee and participation in our warranty / supply program.
- Package one of The Free Terminal Program is only available for retail merchants. It's not available for MOTO and Internet merchants. Package two would be available for MO/TO.
- The Free Terminal Program is available for new merchants to AMS only. (Currently processing is not processing is not relevant for qualification)
- The number of free terminals is restricted to one package per retail location. The exception to this will be for large processing merchants. We will create an allowance of one additional terminal - total of 2 at one location - for merchants processing between $50,000 - $100,000 per month (at that location). Merchants with $100,000 - $150,000 per month could qualify for a total of 3 terminals at one location.
- When selling or leasing terminals under this truly free program, your normal 50% split of any collected termination fees on these merchants will not apply. The full termination fee will be paid to us to help off-set the cost of equipment.
